What the contact form is for
Do not send anything through this page that you would not hand over in person. That means no passwords, no bank or card numbers, no copies of your ID, passport or utility bills. The form is for questions about what you read here — a game you want checked, a term that reads oddly, a payout story you want looked into. If a message asks you for documents or payment details, treat it the way you would treat a stranger asking for the same thing on the street.
Anyone who contacts you out of the blue and claims to work for this site, for Drip or for any regulator, and then asks for money or proof of identity, is running a scam. Real requests for verification never start with an unsolicited message, and they never arrive through a contact form.
If gambling is causing you trouble
The contact form is the wrong place to go when gambling stops being fun. If you are chasing losses, hiding your play or spending money you cannot spare, put the form aside and talk to someone who is trained to help. Responsible-gambling organisations and self-exclusion programmes exist for that purpose, and they are free to reach.
Those services keep what you tell them confidential. A message sent through this page does not get that same protection, and it does not connect you with anyone qualified to support you. If you are under the legal gambling age in your province, or if you have placed yourself on a self-exclusion list, this site and Drip are not for you — and the right move is to close the page and stick to that decision.
Who reads your message
The team behind this site reads and replies in English. Write in plain English and you will get a straight answer back, usually within a reasonable time — not overnight, not always the same day, but without unnecessary delay. If you write in another language, the reply will still come in English, so keep that in mind before you send.
Keep your question to a few clear lines. The more specific you are about the page or the claim you are asking about, the easier it is to give you a useful answer. And again: no attachments, no screenshots of your bank balance, no login details. The people reading your message need your question, nothing else.
